Travel Health Assessments

To help keep you safe while travelling, our practice provides travel health assessments and vaccinations where appropriate.

Important information:

We require at least 6–8 weeks’ notice before you travel to allow enough time for assessment, appointments, and vaccinations.

If you contact us less than 6 weeks before travel, we may not have the capacity to see you. In this case, you may be advised to attend a dedicated travel clinic instead.

How to arrange an assessment:

• Contact the practice to request a travel health questionnaire.

• A separate questionnaire must be completed for each patient who is travelling.

• Once received, a practice nurse will review your questionnaire and contact you to arrange the next steps, including any appointments or vaccinations you may need.
